It's been years since we've been to a BJ's. The last time was in Orlando when we had some friends/family visiting. We don't remember being overly impressed by the Orlando location. We have friends in AZ that go all the time for takeout. Sooooooo, we signed up for their loyalty club online and it came with a free Pizzokie, so, why not give them another try?!? Well, we were impressed right off the bat when our server, Devin W, came by to introduce herself and welcome us. Devin is friendly, professional, informative was there when needed. We started with a very fresh house salad ($6), a tall, 22 oz, Chocolate Porter ($10) and some waters. We ordered the Bone in Wings (10/$17.49) that were fall off the bone delicious. Smoked, then fried. We did a rub with sauce on the side. Delicious. We also ordered the Salmon Dinner which was cooked to perfection. The food was delivered by another very friendly and personable young lady. Truly delightful staff. For dessert we had to have our complimentary Salted Caramel Pizzokie (reg $9). Food was great but my waiter was even better. Idk his name but pretty sure it started with a j. Bro the pazookies are so good. I wish I could eat one everyday, no. Every hour. Just looking back at the pictures activate my salivary glands 🫰🏾

I forgot takes forever to get served here and came 10:30pm, late night, only 4 tables. Server took 30min to get to us, she took our order at 11pm, food came out 11:50pm! Like seriously?? How long does it take to make a smashed burger? Food came out and I was expecting it to be at least freshly cooked, piping hot, but no, burger was cold, sweet potato fries was cold, chicken and mashed potato cold! I don’t think I’m coming back here again. When I asked the server why it took forever, she said the only got 5 servers and two cooks, there are only 4 tables here! Not even big groups! One server could have served them all. I should have gone to Miller’s.

So I struggled with this one. To start, I don't love reviewing chains but we did have a good time so here goes. Our server was top tier so that really helped. She was attentive and helpful. The wings were perfectly cooked as was the ribeye. We even tried three of the Pizookies and they were all exactly what you would expect from a cookie skillet. My only real issue was presentation. None of the plates were wiped for serving and the signature vertical scoops atop the Pizookie were all melty and fallen over. The best thing we ate was the Cali Chicken Club. It was a perfect sandwich. Definitely give it a try!

I've been here many times before but last nights experience tucked horribly. We sat down without having much of a wait and ordered. My wife ordered a soup which wasn't good and asked to have it changed for the tomatoes n mozzarella salad which wasn't an issue. While she was eating the salad she almost choked on a piece of plastic. Which turned off from wanting to eat anything else. We informed the waitress who didnt care much and responded with " oh it must've fell in her salad in the back" while she placed it in her pocket and walked away. No apologies, no manager came to our table to see how my wife was doing or anything. We had to ask for our first refill of drinks after our meal was already done even which was a shame because the waitress had seen we need refills the last two times she came to our table. My steak wasn't that great but the chicken was fine, my garlic veggies consisted of two broccoli pieces and some mushrooms which was a shame but at that moment I didn't want anything else anyway. Not even my daughter enjoyed her corn dogs, but ate the fries. Overall this placed sucked last night and I don't think we will bother coming back. I did take pictures of the plastic pi
